Summer Reading comes to an end

A total of 302 children signed up for the annual Summer Reading Program that rewarded children each week for reading with special programs, crafts and small prizes. Children who read at least two books per week received small prizes. It is estimated that the children in the Summer Reading Program read a total of 8,718 books.
Children who read and turned in their completed logs, were entered in a drawing for our Grand prizes which include bicycles, flip camera, and an MP3 player. The winners names were drawn on July 30th during a Popsicle party.
