Children needing assistance with reading aloud may find the help they need by reading with Sadie, a registered therapy dog.Sadie will be at the library from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. every Wednesday during June and July. Children between the ages of Kindergarten to fifth grade can sign up for a 15-minute time slot to read to Sadie by calling 258-3704 Extension 2004 or 2005.
Sadie is a Keeshond owned by Pamela Skinner of Ruidoso. Sadie is a friendly, smart and sweet dog. She is helpfull and brings joy to us at the library.
