3rd Annual Kite Festival : April - 24th, 25th, & 26th—Annual Kite Festival Corner of Hull and White Mountain, near Kidz Connection Park. The Ruidoso Parks and Recreation Department and We Cree8 join forces to present the 3rd Annual event. Join us for a wild and brilliant display of kites; bring your own, or buy one there.
